Veterinary Referrals

We accept referrals from other clinics and offer advanced diagnostic and treatment options.

Our team is happy to accept patients referred to us by our colleagues at other hospitals. If your primary vet has referred your pet to our team, your pet’s medical history and case details will be forwarded to us. During your appointment, there is no need for you to bring anything else, unless otherwise instructed. We look forward to meeting you and your cherished pet!

Why are veterinary referrals made?

Hospitals and their teams have different capacities and expertise. When your pet has a complicated case that needs the expertise of a specialist, it is normal for your vet to seek the support of another doctor with better-suited experience and equipment. There are also times when teams are overwhelmed with increased demand and sending their patients to centers with more time will ensure that pets receive the best care possible.

How will the appointment be billed?

Any consultations or treatments conducted by our team can be paid directly to us. We have several payment options available and our client service representatives will be happy to assist you.
